These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prodesign.tech (the “Website”) and any design, UX audit, development, or related services (“Services”) provided by Prodesign Tech Limited (“ProDesign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered at 11 M A Jinnah Road, Link D.C Road, Gujranwala, Pakistan. By using the Website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
ProDesign provides UX audits, SaaS UX/UI design, onboarding UX design, landing page design and development, product design, and related consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in your project proposal or discovery call summary, which forms part of these Terms once agreed.
We generally work on a milestone-based payment structure: a deposit to begin the engagement, with the remainder split across agreed project milestones. Exact payment terms, amounts, and schedule are confirmed in your specific project proposal before work begins.
Revision allowances vary by service and package, and are specified on the relevant service page or in your project proposal. Requests beyond the agreed allowance may be scoped and billed as additional work.
Upon full payment for a completed engagement, ownership of the final deliverables (designs, code, and other agreed project outputs) transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing, including for a confidential engagement covered by an NDA. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or templates we use to deliver the work remain our property.
If you request an NDA (available as an option on our contact form), we will keep your project information confidential under its terms. Absent a signed NDA, we still treat client project details as confidential and will not share them outside of what’s needed to deliver the engagement, other than portfolio use as described above.
Timely delivery depends on your team providing feedback, content, access, and approvals within the timeframes agreed in your project proposal. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed and any milestones reached up to the cancellation date; deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in your project proposal.
To the extent permitted by law, ProDesign’s total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, and the “Effective Date” above will be updated accordingly. Terms already agreed in an active project proposal are not affected by later changes to this page.
