Why We Put Users First?
Our journey into SaaS UX design began long before “UX” was even a buzzword. Back in 2008, our CEO, Muhammad Ahsan, started out as a Graphic Designer for a software firm building a big-budget video channel management platform — a sprawling, 8-module enterprise SaaS product. At a time when almost nobody in the industry thought about user experience, Ahsan was already designing intuitive color systems and icon sets for the app’s navigation, giving early thought to how enabled, disabled, and labeled states should look and feel to a user. That early obsession with usability paid off: the software was eventually sold to PTV (Pakistan Television), the country’s official state broadcaster — a proof that good design isn’t just decoration — it can genuinely change how far a product goes
That foundational experience shaped everything we do today. We founded ProDesign in 2017 and grew into a focused team of 3 to 4 — a front-end developer, a junior UX designer, and a Lead UX Designer. Rather than scaling into a bloated agency, we doubled down on small, senior teams that move fast and design with intention. That belief still drives our approach to SaaS product design today — creating user experiences that make complex software simple and enjoyable to use.
